She is survived by: her husband Dr. Claude E Foreit; her brother Robert Puchalski (Susan); her children, Dr Claude A Foreit, Dr Michael Foreit, Dr David Foreit (Emily), Mark Foreit (Jennifer), Christopher Foreit and Barbara A Foreit; and her grandchildren, Vaughn, Logan, Jay Axel, Emri, Madeline, Benjamin, Joshua, Anne, Samuel, Katherine, Jack and Truman. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
