She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lutz and Elsie Lutz; and her sister Elaine Life. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cashman; her sister Elsie Sippel (Bill) of Decatur, Illinois; and her children, Amy Witt (Dan), Jeremy Cashman, Nathan Cashman (Amy Blue), Abigail Hoogeveen (Brian) and Seth Cashman (Libba Willcox). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carmelite Banquet Hall (1628 Ridge Rd, Munster, IN 46321).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in her name to Shriners Children's.
