He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Frank Rapin III and Gabrielle (Kurtis Bruhn); his grandchildren, Everett, Leilynn and Wyatt Bruhn; his sisters, Denise (Terry Murphy) and Debbie (Dave Straka); and his nephews, David, Daniel, Jimmy and Jeremy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Frank's grandchildren to assist in their future college education, a DREAM he wished to fulfill.
