She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Balsavich; her significant other Gerald VanDyck; her former husband John Holmes; her niece Cindy Seck; her godson Brian Balsavich; and her parents, Dominick Balsavich and Marie Balsavich.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Sturman (Paul) and Shelley Cummings; her grandchildren, Nicole Bullock (Andy), Raquel Atkins (Rick), Wade Sturman and Erin Sturman; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Trevor Bullock and Oliver Atkins; her brother Raymond Balsavich (late Haleen); her sister-in-law Geri Aird; her nieces and nephews, Bestie' and Beverly Schweda; and her pet Tiger.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, services will be held by the family.
