She was predeceased by: her husband Judge Cordell C. Pinkerton; her sons, Dr. Cass A. Pinkerton and Kirk A. Pinkerton; and her daughter-in-law Melinda K. Reeder-Pinkerton. She is survived by: her boyfriend Ron Buono; her daughter-in-law Patricia Pinkerton; and her grandchildren, Heather Pinkerton-Wilson (Brian), Megan Dyke (Robert), Warren Reeder (Katharine), Nathan Reeder, Lori Greenberg (Steve), Grayden Dixon Sr. (Sherri), Ryan Reeder and Tobie Hall. She is also survived by many Great Grandchildren.
She was a Librarian, past Executive Director of the American Cancer Society, International Culture Festival Coordinator and member of the League of Women Voters.
