He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Gallagher and Irene Gallagher; and his siblings, Margaret LaJoice, Gene Gallagher, Dale Gallagher and Karen Puckeris.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Gallagher; his children, Robert Costa, Erin Longdin (Ryan), Colleen Schiller (Jason) and James P. Gallagher; his grandchildren, Liam, Leah, Garrett, Claire and Isabella; and his nieces, Peggy Heinstra (Ben), Kimberly Gallagher, Dawn Shaughnessy (William), Laurie Pruente (Eric) and Jennifer Schuette. He is also survived by many great nephews and nieces and many dear life long friends.
