It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Hoyle of Munster, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Kay; and her parents, Jack and Betty Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Randall W. Hoyle of Munster; her children, Betty Samples (Michael) of Winfield, Randall K. Hoyle (Rebecca) of Valpo and Courtney Alvey (Eli) of Highland; and her grandchildren, Clark, Margot Samples of Winfield, Finn, Crosby, Georgia Hoyle of Valpo, Davis Alvey of Highland and Moosh. She is also survived by her siblings and siblings-in-law, her treasured aunt and uncle, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
From cheering at soccer games and sending cards filled with two-dollar bills to dinner drop-offs and daily pandemic childcare, Moosh was a force that kept her children's worlds spinning.
Following her retirement, she remained active on the board of the Lake Ridge Educational Foundation and volunteered in the child enrichment program at Sojourner Truth House.
