He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Williams and Gladys Williams (Norton); and his sister Vera Gilea (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jean Williams (Wardrop); his children, Donald Williams (Mary) and Laura Williams; and his grandchildren, Piper Ramback, Kaden Ramback, Nola Williams and Samuel Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
