She was predeceased by: her parents, Candelario Corral and Arcadia Corral; her husband Mario Melero; and her son Eloy Melero. She is survived by: her children, Maria, Carmen Negrete (Albert), Rosa Isela Melero-Garcia (Luis), Araseli Melero-Lopez (Alejandro), Jose Mario Melero, Leonides Melero (Emmy), Francisco Javier Melero (Therese) and Eliazar Melero; and her sister Manuela Corral-Melero. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
