She was predeceased by: her siblings, Millie Kuna (Joe), Kalman Zemen, Steve Zemen (Helen), Joe Zemen (Mary), Sylvester Zemen (Jean) and Bernard Zemen (Helen); her stepsiblings, Andy (Millie) and Helen Klosak (Andy); her parents, Kalman and Catherine; her mother-in-law Elko Ustianowski (Helen); and her siblings-in-law, Mike Ustian (Helen) and Mary Grimes.

She is survived by: her husband Alex "Juice"; her children, Dan (Ramona), Jim (Claudia), Joyce (Doug Terandy) and Nancy (late Greg Stubblefield); her grandchildren, Kim (Brad Goeglein), Kurt Terandy, Eric, Janelle, Alex Ustian (Stacey), Lauren Litwicki (Brad) and Nicole Stubblefield; and her great grandchildren, Kyle and Brooke Goeglein.
