She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Dooley; her parents, Fred Sr. Hensley and Velva Hensley; and her siblings, Fred Jr., Jerry, Gert and Doug.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Dooley (Karen) and Sharon L. Dooley; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Schulze (Trevor), Megan Bailey (Jeremiah) and Patrick Greer; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Quinn, Benjamin, Carson and Oliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kish Funeral Home (10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. James the Less Church (9640 Kennedy Ave, Highland, IN 46322).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fr. Blaney's Share Foundation, a cause Mary supported for many years.
