She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Maximo V. Bleza Jr. (Sandra), Dr. Robert D. Bleza and Dr. David A. Bleza (Kara); her siblings, Benjamin A. Valencia (Renee), Cecilia V. Kramer (Thomas) and Josefina A. Valencia; and her grandchildren, Natalie G. Bleza, Nicholas R. Bleza, Madeline C. Bleza, Alexandria M. Bleza, Noah M. Bleza, Brendan K. Bleza, Samantha E. Bleza, Jacob M. Bleza, Mia A. Bleza and Kai M. Bleza. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
