Richard Smith), Douglas William McCoy (Mandi), David McCoy (Janellen) and Kimberly Ann McCoy (Jeffrey H. Dickey); her grandchildren, John Mulcahy, David Mulcahy (Amy), Christian McCoy and Alex McCoy; her great grandchildren, Ian, Van, Emma, Aidan, Ava and Ellie Mulcahy; and her sister Donna Butera.
