He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costa and Bernice Costa (Przybyl); and his siblings, Lawrence and Judith Costa. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, John Costa (Jennifer) and Michelle Charny (Allan); his grandchildren, Ashlee and Aaron Costa; and his sister Rosalie Modesitt (Thom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
