He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Benjamin, Madeline Reeves (Joshua), Nathaniel (Nicole), Lydia, William and Aiden; his siblings, Ellen Alfano (John), Amy Brown (Dirk) and Paul Boukal (Diana); and his mother Nancy Boukal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
