She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Paul Komyatte, Kelly Naylor, Deanna (Komyatte), Bob Deering, Kristin (Komyatte) and Dan Sheehan; her grandchildren, Bridget, Molly and Liam Komyatte; her children, Robert (Abigael), Caleb Deering, Shannon, Jack (Lauren Leahy) and Danny Sheehan; her great grandchildren, Aniyah and Vivian Deering; her siblings, Don Pickett, John, Irene Cengel, Christine (Cengel), Tom Kelly and Mike Cengel; her parents, Anthony Cengel and Sophie Cengel (Garbinsky); and her husband Richard Peter Komyatte.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Hospice of the Calumet Area.
