He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Louise Kopko; and his parents, William Kopko and Katherine Kopko. He is survived by: his son Nick Kopko; his stepsons, Christopher (Terri) and Brett Michalak (Minako); his siblings, Mariann Palk and Dr. George A. Kopko (Paula); and his aunt Helen Johnson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
