She is survived by: her husband Larry Perks of Nappanee; and her children, Laurence Anthony Perks (Tracy) of Wawaka, IN, Lisa Elizabeth Alwine (Randall) of Nappanee and Cynthia Marie Miller (Nelson) of Nappanee. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
