He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Higley and Reva Higley (Klinkhammer); and his sister Diana Vermuelen. He is survived by : his wife Paula Higley of Nappanee; his children, Jamie Holloway of California, Rachel Inks of South Bend, IN, David Higley (Jennifer) of Lakeville, IN and Katie Lawson (Brandon) of White Lake, MI; and his siblings, Dana Higley of Three Rivers, MI, Deborah Engel (Denny) of Cassopolis, MI, Susan Rhinehart (Jack) of Edwardsburg, MI and Jane McCrory (Bruce) of Elkhart, IN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
