She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Freed and Ruth Freed (Cain); her daughter Dawn Renee Weaver; and her sister Patricia Flora. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Medich of Walkerton, IN, Monica Grove (Thad) of Nappanee and Zach Weaver of Meade, KS; her sisters, Kathleen Farmwald of Sarasota, FL and Doris Peach of Nappanee; and her caregiver Jerry O'Boyle of Nappanee. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (950 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
