He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Stephina Watkins (Mroczek); and his sister Josephine Ramp. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Watkins of Nappanee; his daughters, Jennifer Schmucker (Tony) of Nappanee, Jaime Watkins Meade (Jason) of Syracuse, IN and Debra Jo Harmon (Jason) of Nappanee; his grandchildren, Samantha Massa (John), Alison Stover (Chad), Courtney Grubbs (Payton), Derek Harmon (Charisma), Devin Harmon and Kayla Harmon; and his sisters, Joyce Faulstich (Mark) of Plymouth, IN and Jaqualine Owens-Terry of Winimac. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
