She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Bontrager and Rosa Bontrager (Schrock). She is survived by: her husband Dave Slabaugh; her children, Bridgett Miller (Myles) of Bremen, Erin Hostetler (Luke) of Etna Green, Brandon Slabaugh of Nappanee and Katlyn Slabaugh of Nappanee; her grandchildren, Liam, Claire, Gracelynn and Gianna Hostetler; and her sisters, Marilyn Parnin (Dave) of Brooksville, FL, Betty Miller (Paul), Glenda Yoder (Chris) and Carol Sutter (Bob) of Middlebury.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nappanee Missionary Church (70417 State Rte 19, Nappanee, IN 46550).
