She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Simmons and Gordan; her husband John Shaw; and her siblings, Nancy Anderson, Michael Simmons and Paul Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Beutel (Todd) of Bremen, IN, Kelly Mikel (Randy) of New Paris, IN, John Shaw of Indianapolis, IN and Jeff Shaw (Tracy) of Murals Inlet, SC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
