He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ramer and Selina Ramer; his siblings, Merle Ramer and Loretta Hoover; and his grandson Keegan Kidder.
He is survived by: his friend Kenneth Tener; his significant other Teri Ramer of Nappanee; his children, Brian Ramer (Nikki) of Wakarusa, IN, Brad Kidder (Mary) of Nappanee, Brandi Fulda (David) of Upland, IN, Donny Aleo (Teruko) of Nappanee and Keith (Ramer); his grandchildren, Madison Stenger (Josh), Zane Kidder (Kylie), Ethan Ramer, Ella Ramer, Lucas Ramer, Aaron Fulda, Brooklyn Fulda, Ayaka Aleo and Aubrey Fulda; his great grandchild Romy Stenger; his siblings, Ivan Ramer (Rachel), Judy Martin (Elam), Charles Ramer (Cathy) and Charlotte Martin (Verlin); his siblings-in-law, Clarence Hoover of Goshen and Birdene Shirk of New Paris; his father-in-law Lewis Kidder; and his great-nephew Owen Fell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (950 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
