He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Markiewicz; his children, Dawn Fitzgerald (Thom) of Columbus, Garry Henderson (Lidia) of Las Vegas and Jennifer Henderson of Centerburg, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Brian Calhoun (Gayle), Michaela Fitzgerald, Dylan, Jonathan, Bianca Henderson, Jeramiha Urban (Olivia) and Arianna Urban; his great grandchildren, Mara, Max and Colette; his friend Bill; his sisters, Sue Mitchell, Linda Crites (Ron), Judy Knudtson (Phil) and Karen Miller (Ken); Catherine Williams (Mike) of Gibraltar, Jennifer Hill (Tony) of Anderson, Krista Farris (Patrick) of Winchester, Virginia, Jaymi Miller of Tustin, Joe (Kayla), Tim, Matt Williams, C. J., Natalie Hill, Alexander, Sebastian, Langston Farris, Brandon Miller, Dean and Garry.
