Cook; her children, Tommy Cook (Mandy) of Freetown and Sheena Kaufman (Chris) of Nashville; her sister Michelle Hatchett (Dale) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Kylene Drake (Travis) of Freetown, Norma and Sara Kaufman of Nashville; her niece Amy Hatchett of Nashville; and her nephews, Dakota Hatchett (Krissy) of Morgantown and Matthew Hatchett (Mikenzie) of Nashville.
