He is survived by: his wife Lillian Maxine Blake; his children, Cal Blake (Vickie), Jerri Blake and Shane Blake (Sheila); and his stepchildren, Deborah Woods (Don) and James Hatchett (Beth). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to any of the Moose lodge charities, Mooseheart or Moosehaven.
