She is survived by: her children, Dr. Patricia R. Tate (Michael) of New Albany, IN, Cynthia R. Petrilli (Ralph) of Longmont, CO and Dr. Edsel S. Reed Jr. (Len Pacitti) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew Tate (Amy) and Dr. Rachel Tate (Ed Stautberg); and her great grandchild Cecilia Stautberg.
