She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Cooper and Mitchell Harrison Cooper; and her brothers, Mitchell "Mickey" Cooper and Starlin "Starlite" Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Eugene "Lee" Neal II (Kimberly), Tamantha "Tammy" Morris (Robbie), Tabantha "Tabby" Riggs (Chris) and Erin Lee Browning (Gary); her brother Randy Cooper (JoAnn); her sisters-in-law, Loma and Patricia "Trish" Cooper; and the father of her children Eugene "Gene" Neal (Darlene). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1846 E Oak St, New Albany, IN 47150).

Memorial contributions may be given to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
