It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Schmidt (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest William Sturgeon and Gladys Pearl Sturgeon (Daily); her husband Bill Schmidt; her son Pat Schmidt; and her sister Doris Pearl Sturgeon.
She is survived by: her son Greg Schmidt (Jan); her brother Bob Sturgeon (Sue); her son Danny Schmidt (Toni); her daughter-in-law Susie Schmidt; and her grandchildren, Kelly Schmidt (Amanda), Devony Schmidt and Evan Schmidt.
The family requests donations in Anna's memory to Holy Family Catholic Church, 129 W. Daisy Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
