She is survived by: her husband William Tyler Thomas of New Albany; her sons, Christopher Thomas and Andreas Thomas of New Albany; her stepdaughter Amy Thomas of Oklahoma City; her siblings, Margit Gocke and Manfred Handke; her grandchildren, Michael South and Alexandria Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Kinley Violett and Atlas McMurray.
