She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Mayfield and Margaret Phillips Mayfield; and her siblings, Betty J. Forman, James and Robert Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bertha A. Morrow (Keith) of Bethany Beach, DE and Brenda K. Whitworth (Earl) of Corydon, IN; her grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle Stackhouse; and her sisters, Linda Shickell and Mary Cundiff of New Albany, IN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
