He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Smith and Martina Dunihoo Smith; and his siblings, Doris Ann and Wilbur. He is survived by: his brother David (Marilyn); his niece Cheryl Smith; his nephew Russell Smith (Connie); and his great-niece Anna. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the SCI Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
