He is survived by: his children, Keith Dorwick (John Kelley) of Port Angeles, Kevin Dorwick (Cathy) of Galena, Illinois and Karin Selga of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Jacquie Thoma (Luke), Greg Dorwick and Cody Selga.

Memorials may be given in honor of Chuck to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
