He is survived by: his daughter Dayna "Nikki" Johnson of New Albany, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Tim and Belinda Warren of Clarksville, Indiana; his brother Danny Cozart (Penny); and his godchildren, Kasey, Elizabeth Johnson of New Albany, Indiana, McKenzie, Mercedes and Kameron Tankersley.
