He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlene Fite, Jim Millican and Bobby Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann Kelly Millican; and his nieces and nephews, Ralph Millican, John Millican, Mary Ann Lewter, Eileen Terry, John Englett, Bobby Claud Englett, Barbara Jean Myers, Terri, Helen McGrew and Jimmy Millican.
