He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cullen and Rubye Cullen (Booth); and his brother William Stocksdale. He is survived by: his son Dalton Cullen; and his siblings, David Cullen (Donna), Jacky Oden (Lois), Patrick "Corky" Oden (Betty Wingler) and Glenda Powers (Clarence "Bubby"). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and numerous friends.
