He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William C. Durham and Virginia M. Durham. He is survived by: his brother Darryl W. Durham (Kelly); his nieces, Adrienne Matson (Justin) and Mallory Reese Durham; and his nephew Trevor W. Durham (Melissa). He is also survived by five grand-nieces and nephews and five cousins.
