With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell Zane Gibbs (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Gibbs; and his wife Donna Gibbs. He is survived by: his daughters, Brooke Edwards (Randy), Brittany Bley, Dara Gibbs and Lindsey Ofcacek (Tim); his grandchildren, Molly, Wyatt, Haley, Theodore and Julian; his close friend Albert Fischer (Karen); his son Steve Welch; his sister Robin Zipper (John); and his pets, Sophie, Georgia Dean and Gracie.
The family requests that contributions in Darrell's memory be made to Hosparus Health or The New Albany Animal Shelter, two organizations he respected greatly.
