Johnson; his siblings, Oscar, William Harold Johnson and Virginia Johnson; his sons, David Johnson and Donald Johnson, Jr. (Patricia); his brother Ralph Johnson (Kathy); his friend William Noris; and his niece Connie Durett Jumper.
