It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth P. Prater of New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leckrone and Beulah Leckrone; her daughter Melissa Kinney; and her brother Rodney Leckrone. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Downing and Dale Kinney; her grandsons, Chance Scott and Cody Kinney; her siblings, Alisa "Lisa" Ousley, Sandra "Sandy" Osborne, Cora "Irene" Hayden, Donald Leckrone and Randy Leckrone; and her great grandchild Elias Kinney.
