She was predeceased by: her father John Walker Thomas; her siblings, John, Larry, Steven Thomas and Lucy Keller; and her grandson Keaton McMurray.
She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Duncan Thomas (Hoagland); her husband Walter E. Stewart; her children, Amy Salmon (Tom), Tracy Hagan (Brian), Debi McMurray (Rod) and Mathew Stewart (Sarah); her sister Susan Thomas; her grandchildren, Chase McMurray, Taylor Larson (Mike), Brent Hagan (Julia), Tara Dean (Bobby), Briana Williams (Evan), Bethany Migneco (Jack), Tom Salmon Jr. (Taylor), Colton Salmon, Grace Stewart and Ava Stewart; and her great grandchildren, Estelle Hagan, Lucy Hagan, Mae Hagan, Graham Larson, Elise Larson, James Larson, Winona Dean, Tripp Salmon and Turner Salmon.
