He was predeceased by: his father Emil Schoch; his sons, Michael and Steven; and his great grandchild Grant Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Marti Keith (Charlie) and Tony (Pat); and his brother Walter (Terri). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Erwin's memory may be made to The Salvation Army.
