He is survived by: his wife Betty Monroe; his daughter Shirley A. LaDuke; his grandchildren, Steven LaDuke (Chris) and Dana Albertson; his great grandchildren, Eastman LaDuke, Isaac Javorka, Amy Guidry (David), Julie Hendrix, Chris, Greg Young, Andrew Logsdon, Jacob Samples, Chelsea, Topher, Emily, Carla Young, Jessica Hooper and Lori Landgrebe; Alana, Abbey and Addison Guidry.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hosparus of Southern Indiana or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
