He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse L. Anderson and Mildred Anderson (Burleson); his wife Annette Anderson (Elliott); and his daughter Leah Solomon. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey "Jeff" Anderson (Jennifer) and Laura Abbott (John); his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Ashley Solomon, Kenny Anderson, Evan Anderson, Emma Anderson and Jonathan Abbott; and his son-in-law Darrell Solomon. He is also survived by six loving great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, his wishes were for donations to be made to First Baptist Church, Clarksville, Indiana.
