He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Milby; his son Thomas David Milby; and his brothers, Gawain and Grath Milby. He is survived by: his wife Milli Milby (Jenkins); and his sister June Oster (Donnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nephews.
