He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Gresham and Niles Gresham; his wife Helen Money Gresham; his siblings, Doris (Ernie Mosier), Roger (Wilma Gresham), Ronald Gresham, Earl Gresham and Kenneth Gresham; and his brother-in-law Eddie Cahill.
He is survived by: his son Harold M. Gresham (John); his grandson Michael "Andrew" Gresham; his stepgrandsons, Stephen Davis (Loni) and Shane Burton (Jennie); his siblings, Margie Gresham McCarty, Huberta Gresham Zimmerman, Anthus James Gresham (Sonny), Mary Gresham, Robert Gresham (Brenda) and Connie Cahill; his sisters-in-law, Carol Gresham and Cindy Gresham; Bruce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
