He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Decker and Pauline Lewis Decker; his grandson Sean Logan Hartman; his former wife Rosemary Stemley Decker; and his siblings, Sonja Craghead, Dave Decker and Jim Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife June B. Carroll Decker; his daughter Teddie Compton (Chuck); his granddaughters, Melissa Cooke (Mark) and Christina Saylor (Nick); his great grandchildren, Peyton Cooke, Ethan Cooke, Paige Saylor and Logan Saylor; and his brother Mark Decker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
