With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hilda M. Bailey of New Albany, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas A. Bailey Jr.; her siblings, Donald Shireman, Harold Shireman and Irma Brown; and her parents, Odus Shireman and Alma Miller Shireman.
She is survived by: her aunt Lani (Hilda); her caregiver Hilda; her sons, Dr. Kevin Sue Bailey of Floyds Knobs and Thomas A. Bailey III (Molly) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Thomas Bailey IV (Shannon), Dr. Robert Bailey, Joseph Bailey (Shannon), Patrick Taylor (Jessica), Alison Kirby and Alyssa Cochran (Cory); and her sister-in-law Joy Bailey (Louie). She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
