She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Cunningham and Garnett M. Applegate; her stepfather Donald Applegate; her brother Larry Cunningham; and her sister-in-law Linda Cunningham.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Cummins (Jeff); her grandsons, Adam Browning (Ashley) and Jarrod Browning; her great grandchildren, Ronan Browning, Nolan Browning and Margot Browning; and her brothers, Jack Cunningham, Dennis Cunningham (Delena) and Jeff Applegate (Laura).
